PARANOID FACE by Salvador Dali
Dali saw a postcard with an image of tribesman sitting around a dome shaped structure.
Dali re-created the image as an optical illusion.
There is 16MM footage of Dali holding the painting and then turning it verticle to reveal the hidden face.
